While this may be a good and effective alternative to invasive medical procedures, such as colon hydrotherapy, it is better to combine a colon cleansing diet with other types of colon flushing remedies. There are a great number of foods that cleanse the colon, and when consumed in conjunction with each other, they can have a greater positive effect.

The Gall Bladder – Expendable or Necessary?

by Ellen Valentine, CNC

This morning my mind went to several clients I’m working with right now concerning liver/gall bladder cleansing. One woman will most likely opt for what many consider normal gall bladder removal. The second scenario is a couple who have successfully prepped liver and gall bladder for two months and just passed stones and debris that cause the typical gall bladder attack.

Quality is a function of growing and harvesting conditions. Purity is the result of handling so that it is free of contaminants, undamaged and undepleated. So as not to damage the plant material, it must be picked by hand, and contain no trash parts. Also, the extraction process must not impart impurities, to the oil. When sold, pure oil is not cut, or diluted.

Why Natural Healing Is The Way Of The Future

by Sandra Clarke

Many of us will have been taught to hide or cure our physical symptoms on our own, or even to have surgery or medication to get rid of them. When we actually do this, we are telling our subconciousness that, as an individual, we aren’t important, and we insist that we haven’t the time to heal ourselves naturally. But, if we look at the first symptoms that we have had, then we can treat these as the first indication that something is untoward. We can treat ourselves with natural remedies and cure most of our health related issues. You will find that your body will tell you the truth and you will learn from your own emotions and challenges.
